Booking Policy

- After your inquiry, we block the hotel room for 48 hours (if the inquiry occur at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the room will be block only 24hours).

-  You send us a payment proof of 50% of the value or the full amount if the booking occur in the last 30 days before arrival. Then, we send you a confirmation of your booking or if you don´t send payment proof, we release the room

-  If you paied only 50% deposit, you make sure you pay the remaining amount 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

• - We charge 40uS$ for a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival
• - We charge 25% of the value of the reservation if cancellation within 30 days to 21 days before arrival
• - We charge 50% of the reservation if cancellation between 20 days to 8 days before arrival
• - We charge 75% of the reservation if cancellation between 7 days to 2 days before arrival
• - 24 hours before being returned 100% cancellation

!!!Holiday season Policies December 15 to January 15 are:

• - We charge 50% if cancellation more than 30 days before arrival
• - We charge 75% of the reservation if cancellation within 30 days to 21 days before arrival
• - From 20 days no refund of the reservation.
