SECRET GARDEN POLICY

Booking Policy

1. After your inquiry, we block the hotel room for 48 hours (if the inquiry occur at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the room will be block only 24hours).
2. You send us a payment proof of 50% of the value or the full amount if the booking occur in the last 30 days before arrival. Then, we send you a confirmation of your booking or if you don´t send payment proof, we release the room
3. If you paied only 50% deposit, you make sure you pay the remaining amount 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy  

• - We charge 40uS$ for a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival
• - We charge 25% of the value of the reservation if cancellation within 30 days to 21 days before arrival
• - We charge 50% of the reservation if cancellation between 20 days to 8 days before arrival
• - We charge 75% of the reservation if cancellation between 7 days to 2 days before arrival
• - 24 hours before being returned 100% cancellation

!!!Holiday season Policies December 15 to January 15 are:

• - We charge 50% if cancellation more than 30 days before arrival
• - We charge 75% of the reservation if cancellation within 30 days to 21 days before arrival
• - From 20 days no refund of the reservation.
